I’ve seen loads of online gift shops sell these Mood Beams. Basically as we all know, kids just love collectable stuff that they can interact with and that’s what Mood Beans are.
Apparently they’ll put you in the mood that the Mood Beam lights up in and they come in dizzy, gloomy, chipper and peppy. Now what the heck is “peppy”? It’s got “trouble maker” written over it (metaphorically).
There’s also different modes for them too. There’s the Heartbeat mode which, whilst they’ll be glowing in their primary colour, occasionally they’ll have a heart beat in their second colour. There’s also a Beat Sensor mode; the Mood Beans will react to the music around them by flashing in their primary colour. There’s also a Rainbow mode where the Mood Bean will scroll through some nice and moody colours such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. There’s a Strobe mode which has flicks between the different colours (read the manual for this one). There’s a Colour Dance mode too which goes through the colours in a pattern. And there’s the Colour Hold mode where the Mood Beam sticks to its primary colour.
